Bow. Look to the left. Step with your left foot to the left into a back stance as you bring your hands down. Slowly raise the hands so that the right forearm is parallel to the ground, and the left forearm is perpendicular to the ground. Come up to the left foot and pivot 180 right, while pointing the hands down again, pivot into a right cat stance. Step forward with the right foot to a back stance. Slowly raise the hands so that the left forearm is parallel to the ground, and the right forearm is perpendicular to the ground. As you come forward to your right foot, retract your right hand, and bring the left hand just above it. Step to the left with the left foot into a leaning stance. At the same time deliver a cross block with the right hand on top. Bring the right foot up to the left as you swing your arms back ready for an ogmentive block. Step forward with the right foot into a right leaning stance as you deliver a right ogmentive block. Come forward, while retract the right hand and placing the left hand just above it. Deliver a left side thrust kick, and left back hand in the same direction. Land in a left leaning stance. With the left arm reach around the attackers body, pull him in while driving a right elbow into his stomach. Come up to your left foot, while pivoting to the right 90 degrees and retracting the left hand placing the right just above it. Deliver a right side thrust kick, and right back hand in the same direction. Land in a right leaning stance. With the right arm reach around the attackers body, pull him in while driving a left elbow into his stomach. Look to the left. Slowly, bring the left hand down to block a kick and then up to block a punch while bringing the right around your head and then straight into the attackers throat. Also while delivering these strikes, pivot on your legs so that you end up in a left leaning stance facing 90 degrees left of the previous stance. Deliver a right front snap kick. Put the foot down a couple of feet in front of the other. Then step behind the right foot, sink, and deliver a hart block and punch. Pivot 225 degrees left (The way your feet are placed you should end up in a cat stance). Cross your forearms in front of your chest (left forearm on outside). Step out with your left leg into a back stance. Push the left arm to the left and the right to the right, stopping an attacker from grabbing you. Deliver a right front snap kick, land in a right leaning stance, and immediately deliver a double punch (right hand first). Come back and pivot 90 degrees right, get into a right cat stance. Cross your forearms in front of your chest (right arm on outside). Step out into a right back stance, and push your right arm to the right and left arm to the left, resisting an attacker. Deliver a left front snap kick, and land in a left leaning stance. Immediately deliver a double punch (left hand first). Come back to a cat stance and turn 45 degree left. Bring both arms back ready for an ogmentive block. Step forward into a left leaning stance and deliver an ogmentive block. Step forward with your right foot into a back stance and deliver another ogmentive block. Step forward with your left foot into a back stance and deliver another ogmentive block. Step back half way with your left foot to a cat stance, and retract both hand (hands are open and palm are facing each other). Step out with your left leg to a leaning stance as you grab the attackers ears. Pull down on the attackers ears as you drive your right knee into the attackers face. Before putting the right knee down, pivot 180 degrees to your left, as you strike to the throat with your right shoto hand and bring your left open hand to your right ear. Step back with the raised leg into a left leaning stance, and deliver a left shoto block. Come forward with the right foot, strike to the throat with your left hand, and bring your right hand up to your left ear. Next step out into a right back stance, and deliver a right shoto block. Come forward, and raise your hands above your head in a cross block. Turn your wrists inward as you lower your arms. Bow.
