Additional Combinations
Basic Self-Defense Techniques 1-5:- 1. Someone is grabbing your shoulder. Step into a leaning stance away from the attacker. Come up the forward leg and privet around. The hand on the side closest to the attacker's hand should have its palm facing you and a ridge hand. At the same time, the other one should have it's palm facing the floor and open.
2. Someone is grabbing your shoulder. Look at the attacker. Grab their hand and step into a leaning stance away from them. Pivot on your feet so that you ar now doing a leaning stance toward them. Give the grabbing arm an inside forearm block and deliver a lunge punch.
4. Someone is grabbing your shoulder. Look at the attacker. Grab their hand and step into a leaning stance. Bring the arm of the shoulder that is being attacker up and around the arm. Step over, away from the attacker and bring your arm up further. This will cause their arm to break.
5. There are two people grabbing your shoulder (one on each shoulder) Bring your hands up in front of your chest and press your fists together. Strike each attacker in the face (at the same time). Step back with your right leg, while your arms go up, over and under the attackers' arms. Step forward and bring your arms up. This will break both of their arms.
1. Upper block with right hand. Deliver a lunge punch to the ribs with the left hand. Step in slightly with left leg and grab around attacker's body with both hands. Thrust into the attacker's stomach with your right knee as you pull them into the strike. Step around behind the attacker with the right leg and push him over that knee.
2. Upper block with the right hand. Deliver a one knuckle punch with the left hand. Punch attacker to the right with both hands as you sweep your right leg from right to left, causing him to fall to the right. Then deliver a front thrust kick to his head.
3. Upper block with the right hand. Deliver a one knuckle punch with the left hand. Punch attacker to the right with both hand as you sweep your right leg from right to left, causing him to fall to the right. Then straddle over him and punch him twice in the solar plexus. Step away with the right leg and deliver a left side thrust kick to the head.
4. Block a punch coming straight in with a left open hand, coming from the left. Turn to the right, grab and twist the attacking hand as you press down on it with the left forearm.
Lapel Grab: Whatever hand the attacker grabs your lapel with, grab his wrist with the same hand. Twist a right hand right, and a left hand left. You can use your spare arm, and drive its elbow into the grabbing arm, pushing the attacker all the way to the ground. You can also strike to the attackers ribs or punch them.
Nee In the Back Technique: Someone is grabbing your shoulders and has their knee in your back. Start to fall back, but do not fully lose your balance. The attacker will loosen their grip and start to lower their leg so you do not fall on them. Turn around as you push their knee to the left. The attacker will be falling back. Step forward and with both hands push them in an upward motion.
Chair Throw Technique: You are sitting and someone is coming after you. Bring your right leg to the side of the chair. Reach down and grab the frame or a leg to the chair. Get up as you swing the chair out in front of you. You can either swing the chair until it is in front of you and release, causing the chair to go flying toward the attacker, or you can hold on to the chair and swing it back and forth.
Kicking Combination: Start at ready position. Deliver a front snap kick. When you retract the leg, and bring it down, put it at a right angle. Bring the other leg up, and deliver a side thrust kick. Then bring that foot down and place it behind the other. Deliver a round house kick and land with your back forward. With the other leg, deliver a back kick.
Chicken Neck Strike Combination: Start at a ready position. Bring right hand up to the left ear. Deliver a chicken neck downward. Bring the left hand up to the right ear and deliver a chicken neck downward. Bring the left hand under the right arm and deliver a chicken neck strike to the mid section. Bring the right hand to the left side belt. Deliver a chicken neck to the jaw. Bring the left hand to the right side belt and deliver a strike to the jaw. Bring the right hand up to the left ear and strike downward, then bring it up striking the groin from beneath. Bring the left hand to the right ear and then downward and up to strike the groin from beneath.
Short Stick Combination: You are in a horse stance. you do a downward block with the hand holding the short staff. Punch with the other hand (straight forward) Do an inside forearm block with the short staff. Then punch. do an upper block with the staff. Then Punch. Bring the staff up to the side of you and do an outside forearm bloc. Then punch., Do a downward block with the staff and punch.
