Start with feet shoulder width apart, and hands in fists out in front. Step with right foot, so that feet are together, and open both hands, place the back of the right hand in the palm of the other, and raise the two in front and just above your head. Bring the arms and hands down slowly, and turn the hands over so that the right hand's fingers point left and the left hand's fingers point right. Continue to rotate the hands and lower the arms until your fingers are pointing down, and your arms are straight. Bend down to touch the tops of your knees, but continue to look forward, and then come back up. Step out to the right, so that your feet are shoulder width apart, and drive the tips of both fingers up into the attackers throat. In this strike the backs of your fingers are together. Clench your fists, and lower your arms so that your are in the ready position. Retract the hands, and then deliver a double fist punch. Retract your right hand, and deliver a hook punch to the attackers right temple as you retract the left hand. Proceed with a left hook to the left temple as you retract the right hand. Drive a right straight in shoto into the attackers stomach, and then a left. Immediately following this, drive the tips of both hand's fingers up into the attackers throat, with the backs of your fingers touching each other. Extend your arms out (right arm to right, left arm to left)(hands opened, and palms facing down) so that they are parallel to the ground. Bend your elbows slightly down, but keep your hands parallel to the ground. Retract your right hand and block your chest with an open hand step forward with the right foot to a leaning stance and deliver a right lunge punch. As you come back with the right foot to a cat stance deliver three strikes, all with the right hand. The first an upward chicken neck, the second a downward palm heel strike, and the third another high chicken neck. Block your chest with an open right hand. Step out with your left foot and deliver a left lunge punch. As you come back with the left foot to a cat stance deliver three strikes, all with the left hand. The first an upward chicken neck, the second a downward palm heel strike, and the third another high chicken neck. Turn 90 degree right and block your chest with a left open hand. Step out to a leaning stance with the right foot and deliver a right middle lunge punch. Deliver a left high lunge punch, and then another right middle lunge punch. Deliver a left front snap kick. Step far back with the left leg, then come back to the left leg with the right to a right cat stance. Execute a right inside forearm block with both hands open. With the right hand deliver a downward palm heel strike, then an upward chicken neck strike, and finally a straight in shoto. Turn 180 degrees left and block your chest with an open right hand. Step out to a left leaning stance and deliver a middle left lunge punch. Deliver a high right lunch punch, and then deliver a middle left lunge punch. Deliver a right front snap, then step far back with the right foot. Come back to the right foot with the left, to a cat stance. Deliver a left open hand inside forearm block. With the left hand deliver a downward palm heel strike, then an upward chicken neck, and then a straight in shoto. Turn 90 degrees right and drive the tips of the fingers on both hands up into the attackers throat. Feet are together. Step with the left foot, one shoulder width to the left, and lower your arms to your sides. Bring your right foot to your left foot and bring your open hands together over your head. Lower your arms and turn your wrists over, so that your fingers now point down. Bend down so the tips of your fingers come to knee level. Be sure to keep looking straight. Come back up. Step one shoulder width with the right foot to the right as you bring your arms out to your sides in fists.
