    1) Attack is over the head. Step out with the left foot and block with the left open hand. At the same time you block with the left, strike with the right hand. (use the edge of you hand, along the inside of the thumb and the outside of the index finger.) The strike is to the throat. Shuffle in and slid your left arm around the attackers arm, bending upward against the elbow. At the same time strike to the throat with your right upper arm. Immediately bring your right leg behind the attackers right leg and kick it toward yourself while pushing the attackers body away from you. This causes him to fall on his back.
    2) Attacker bring the club with his right hand from his left side out toward you. Step back with the right foot to a horse stance. Block the strike with both hands (shoto blocks). Grab the wrist with the right hand and twist it away from you. At the same time use your forearm of your left hand to agitate the nerves just above the attackers elbow.
    3) Attack is over the head. Step out with the left foot and block with the left open hand. At the same time you block with the left, strike with the right hand. Strike to the throat between the thumb and the index finger. Guide the attacking hand out to your left and down. Grad it with both hands as you bring it up to your right. Step to your right with your left foot into a horse stance as you pull the attackers arm. Break the elbow over your right shoulder by pulling it down and coming up in your horse stance at the same time. Step with your left foot around the front of your right. (while you are grabbing the wrist drive your fingers into it) Step into a horse stance facing the opposite direction as you swing the attackers arm down and then thrust it out to your right.
    4) Attacker comes straight in with both hands, a jab. Block it with a right open hand. Grab the club the same as the attacker step to the attackers left side and thrust the club that direction. If the attacker keeps a grip on the club, then continue to step in the same direction as you swing the club. Bring it up over your head and around. The attacker cannot possible hold on.
