Start in ready position. Place your left fist against the palm of the open right hand. Raise your hands (bending your elbows) to your right shoulder as you step out with the right left into a leaning stance. Step behind the right leg with the left foot as you bring your hands out in front of your chest. Step back with your left leg into a right leaning stance, as you open both hands and turn them in. Come back with the right leg so your feet are shoulder width apart as your continue to turn your hands in so that the back of your hands touch. Just as your foot makes it all the way back your hands should come into the retracted position, both hands in fists. Next, extend both arms down in a cross block, both hands open. Swing your arms out and up so that they cross over your head and then bring them back to the retracted position as you close your fists. Look to the right. Step to the right into a wide left back stance, as you deliver a downward block with the inside of your fist. Pivot into a left leaning stance and deliver a right lunge punch. Step with the right foot into a wide back stance as you deliver a right open hand circular block. Step with the left foot around the back of the right while delivering a left downward lunge punch and retracting the right open hand to the left collar bone. Turn to the left 180 degrees and step with the left foot into a wide left back stance, as you deliver a downward block with the inside of your left fist. Pivot into a left leaning stance and deliver a right lunge punch. Step with the right foot into a wide back stance as you deliver a right open hand circular block. Step with the left foot around the back of the right while delivering a left downward lunge punch and retracting the right open hand to the left collar bone. Turn 90 degrees left and step out with the left leg into a wide back stance as you deliver a downward block with the inside of your left fist. Come back with your left leg as you bring both hands up and behind your head. Step out with your left leg into a left leaning stance as you swing your arms around in a circular path. When your hands come together strike the left palm with the right hands edge. Kick with the right leg as you deliver a right vertical punch. Turn right, but continue to look in the same direction. Put your right foot down so you are in a horse stance. At the same time, open your right hand and bring it under the attackers groin. Grab and lift the attacker over you head with both hands. Turn 180 degrees left, staying in a horse stance. Sink down as low as possible in this horse stance, due to the attackers weight. Once you have turned the 180 degrees Throw the attacker with the right hand, open. Retract the left hand. As you throw, pivot into a left leaning stance. Step back with the left leg one step, then come back with the right foot to a right cat stance, as you swing both hands back, down, up, and over. The right hand chops, and the left is retracted to the stomach, open. Step back, and 45 degrees to the right with the right leg. Come back to the right foot to a left cat stance and deliver another circular strike. Stand up straight, bringing both feet together, as you bring both hands over your head, open and the back of the right in the palm of the left. Turn your wrists inward as you lower your arms. Place your left fist against the palm of the open right hand. Raise your hands (bending your elbows) to your right shoulder as you step out with the right left into a leaning stance. Step behind the right leg with the left foot as you bring your hands out in front of your chest. Step back with your left leg into a right leaning stance, as you open both hands and turn them in.
