Front Choke: You are just standing there and someone grabs your neck and tries to choke you. immediately your right arm goes up (reach for the ceiling)(you are now crushing the attackers hand). You then step back into a horse stance as your right arm goes over the attackers arms. This causes the attacker to lose this grip, and he is also falling toward you. Raise your arms so that both of your forearms are right in front of your face (fists clenched). Deliver a right elbow strike to the attacker's face that is coming toward your (be sure to retract the left hand to get more power).
Front Choke (2nd): Raise your arms above your head, crushing the attackers hands. Step back into a leaning stance as you bring your elbows between the attackers arms. Continue to bring the arms down until they are both in retracted position. To end, deliver a double fist punch.
Front Choke (3rd): Step with your right foot to the right of the attacker (your right), as you deliver a palm heel strike that first strikes the chest, and travels up to strike to chin and then the nose. Your Hand is now raised above the attackers head. Strike down with your palm heel on the attackers nose. Raise your hand once again, and then drive your middle and ring fingers into the attackers neck. Strike in the soft spot located at the base of the neck. Continue to push down on this soft spot as you step around the attackers right side with your right foot, get into a horse stance, and throw them over your knee.
Rear Choke: Someone has grabbed your neck from behind. Raise your left arm, crushing the attackers hand. Step with your left leg around the back of your right leg. Place the toe of the left foot down, and pivot on both feet so that you are facing your attacker. As you are pivoting bring your left elbow down, trapping the attackers arms under your left arm, and retract the right hand. Once you have completely turned around deliver a right vertical punch as you retract the left hand. The attacker is now falling to the ground. As he falls deliver a left ridge hand to the face, and a right knee to the stomach.
Rear Choke (2nd): Someone has grabbed your neck from behind. Grab your right wrist with your left hand, and bring the arms up level with your shoulders. Step with your left leg around the back of your right leg. Place the toe of the left foot down, and pivot on both feet so that you are facing your attacker. As your arms came around they will have released the grip. The attacker now throws a right lunge punch. Bring your right hand up and block it with your opened hand. Grab the attackers wrist, and twist it clockwise. Grab with the other arm, and using your elbow drive the attacker to the ground.
