Hold the sword out in front of you with the right hand. Hold it with the point pointing down, your right hand as close to the cross guard as possible, and the sharp edge of the blade facing out. Your left hand should be at your side and open. Bend at the waist until you can touch the side of your knee with your left hand. Be sure to keep looking forward. Slowly bring your left hand up and grab the end of the sword handle. Slowly raise the sword up in front of you. Turn your left hand over. Step back with the right foot to a left back stance as you jab back with the tip of the sword. Jab just to the right of your right leg. Come up to your left foot with the right and turn left 180 degrees. Step back with the right leg to a left leaning stance as you lift the handle of the sword up and out in front of you. The blade should run along your right arm with the sharp edge facing out. Release the sword with the left hand. Extend your arms out in both directions. Come up to your left foot and turn 270 degrees to the left. As you turn bend your right wrist so that the sword runs along your forearm, with the sharp edge facing out. As you turn you are slicing. Turn 90 degrees to the left and step out with the left foot in that direction. As you step strike upward with the sword. Reach up and grab the sword handle with the left hand. Shuffle back into a wide left back stance as you jab downward with the tip of the sword. Turn your right hand over. Step forward with the right leg to a horse stance and chop over the top with the sword. Turn the blade so the sharp edge points right. Turn 180 degrees to the right. As you turn slice with the sword. Step out with the right leg into a right leaning stance and chop over the top. Straighten the sword out. Shuffle forward twice as you strike over the top twice. Come forward to the right foot with the left and hold the sword straight up and down. Step out 90 degrees to the left with the left foot into a back stance. Slowly block by bringing the sword in a circular path. As you step with the right foot to a right leaning stance swing the sword high up to block another sword. Keep it high up as you swing it all the way around. Bring it down and strike to the attackers side. Step over two shoulder widths to the right with the left foot. Pivot so you are facing the opposite direction, and you are in a left leaning stance. As you turn, pull the sword out at an angle to slice the attacker more. Your left arm should be extended out to your left, and the right arm should be extended out to the right, holding the sword out level with the ground. The sharp edge of the blade should be facing the direction you are facing. Come up to your left foot with the right as you put the sword in. Step forward with the right foot to a leaning stance as you extend your arm out again. Come up to your right foot with the left and pull the sword in again. Pause here for a moment. Step out with the left foot to a leaning stance as you extend your arm out again. Move your right foot over to the left two shoulder widths and turn the blade around. Pivot so you are in a right leaning stance facing the opposite direction. As you turn push the sword out to slice. Put your left hand up to hold the sword steady. The back of the blade should touch the space between your thumb and your pointer finger. Step forward to a left leaning stance as you pivot right so you are in a right leaning stance facing the opposite direction. As you pivot swing the sword around and retract the left hand. Turn the blade around and swing the sword back the other direction. Bring the sword under your left arm, the point pointing down. Grab the sword handle with the left hand. Shuffle back as you strike upward with it. Shuffle back again as you strike with a right palm heel strike and retract the sword. Put your right hand on your hip, the palm facing up and the thumb out. Come up and turn 180 degrees right as you bring the sword into your right hand. When you turn 180 degrees right turn your head only 90 degrees. Step out to your left, in the direction you are looking, with your left foot into a leaning stance as you strike over the top at an angle to the left. Come up to your left foot and turn 270 degrees right as you strike straight around with the sword. Bring your hands in front of you in a cross block. The sword is still in the right hand. Let the sword drop forward, swing it in a circle. Step back with the right food to a left leaning stance. Swing the sword down at the same time, bringing it out level with your right leg. Pivot to the right so you are in a horse stance, and at the same time bring the sword over to your left side. Grab your sheath with your left hand. Place the side of the sword against the sheath. Pull the sword up so the blood is cleaned off the sword as it rubs against the sheath. Put the end of the sword in the sheath, and as you come up with your right foot put the sword all the way into the sheath. Put your right hand by your side and bow.
