Bow. Look to your left. Step out with left foot into left back stance, while extending both hands (open) down. Immediately raise both hands so that the right forearm is parallel to the ground, and the left forearm is perpendicular to the ground. This is a block. Strike to throat with a right straight in shoto while retracting left hand to right ear. Retract right hand while delivering a left shoto to the side of the face. Step up to left foot with the right and throw the attacker with both hands open. Look to right. Step out into a right back stance and extend both arms down. Raise arms so left forearm is parallel to the ground and right forearm is perpendicular to the ground. This is another block. Strike with left shoto to attacker's neck while retracting the right hand to left ear. Retract left hand while strike with right shoto to the side of the face. Point the fingers of right hand up and slowly come up to the right foot, while bringing right hand to left retracted hand. Feet are now together. Deliver a right side thrust and right back fist in same direction. Before putting foot down, pivot to the left, extend the right arm out in a throat strike and step back with the raised right leg into a left back stance, left shoto block. Step forward with your right leg to a right back stance, and deliver a right shoto block. Step forward with the left foot to a left back stance, and deliver a left shoto block. Block a straight in punch with an open hand and step forward into a right leaning stance, while delivering a right straight in shoto. Come forward with left foot and turn left 270 degrees, while bring the left hand up to right ear. Step out into a left back stance, and deliver a left shoto block. Come forward and extend left hand to right, while retract the right hand to the left ear. Step out to a right back stance, and deliver a right shoto block. Come back, extend left hand out to the right, while bring right hand to left ear. Step out into a right back stance, right shoto block. Strike the attackers throat with the right hand as you come up and bring the left hand to right ear. Step forward to left back stance, and deliver a left shoto block. Step back, placing your feet together, and throw the attacker with both hands (open). Look to left. Step out with your left foot into a left leaning stance and deliver a right inside forearm block. Deliver a right front snap kick and land in a right leaning stance. Immediately deliver a right lunge punch. Block a straight in punch with a left inside forearm block. Deliver a left front snap kick and land in a left leaning stance. Immediately deliver a right lunge punch. Stretch your left hand out in a shoto strike and bring your left hand to your right ear as you step up to your left foot with the right. Step forward into a right back stance, and deliver a right shoto block. Come forward to your right foot, then pivot 225 degrees to your right. As you pivot put your right hand out to block your groin and your left hand up by your right ear. Your hands are closed. Step forward into a left leaning stance and deliver a left downward block. Step forward to a right leaning stance, and deliver a right upper block. Come back and turn 90 degrees right (feet together). Left hand is protecting groin. Right hand is by left ear. Step forward into a right leaning stance, and deliver a right downward block. Step forward to a left leaning stance, and deliver a left upper block. Look over your left shoulder. Sweep kick to the left 45 degrees with the left foot, and bring hands above head and cross block. Lower hands and turn wrists inward. Bow.
