Bow. Look to your left. Step to the left with the left leg into a back stance and deliver a left outside forearm block. Come up to your left foot with the right (feet together), and extend your right hand down. The left fist should be punching up, and the right down. Change this, bring the right hand inside. Change it back bring the right hand outside. Look over your right shoulder. Bring your right hand up by your left ear, and your left hand under your right arm. Step out in the opposite direction with the right leg into a back stance, and deliver a right outside forearm block. Come up to your right foot with the left, and extend your left hand down. The right fist should be punching up, and the left fist punching down. Change this, bring the left hand inside. Change the positions back by bring the left hand outside. Look to the left, and bring hands back ready for an ogmentive block. Step to the left with your left foot into a back stance as you deliver an ogmentive block. Block a straight in punch with a left open hand. Step forward with the right foot to a leaning stance, and deliver a straight in shoto. Bring the left hand under the right arm. Turn 360 degrees to the left, and step out with your left foot into a horse stance while delivering a left back fist. Step forward with the right foot into a right leaning stance while delivering a right lunge punch. Come up to the right foot with the left, and turn left 180 degrees. But your fists on your hips, and push your shoulders out, causing your chest to cave in. Deliver a right front snap kick. Put the right foot down in front of you so you are in a horse stance. Twist your hips to the left to block a straight in punch with your right arm. Deliver a right punch, to your right, with a lot of twist. Deliver a left front snap to your right. Put the left foot down in front of you so you are in a horse stance. Twist your hips to the right to block a straight in punch with your left arm. Deliver a left punch, to your left, with a lot of twist. Deliver a right front snap to your left. Put the right foot down in front of you so you are in a horse stance. Twist your hips to the left to block a straight in punch with your right arm. Deliver a right punch, to your right, with a lot of twist. Bring your arms up in front of you, right on top, but continue to look to the right. Slowly extend the right hand out (open) to your right until it is straight, and at the same time retract the left hand. Grab with the right hand. Step to your right with your left foot into a left leaning stance, and deliver a left lunge punch. Bring your right leg up next to your left so that you are in a half horse stance. Step around the back of your right leg with your left. Pivot to the left so that you are in a horse stance facing the opposite direction. Shuffle to the left as you deliver a punch over your left shoulder. Then shuffle to the right as you deliver a left punch over your right shoulder. Come to the left with your right leg as you bring your hand above your head in a cross block. Turn your hands inward as you lower them. Bow.
