Bow with the bo in the right hand. Look to the right as you bring the bo across your chest, grabbing it with the left hand. Step out to the right in a right leaning stance and strike over the top with the left hand the most forward. Strike to chest level. Bring the bo down so that it is level with the ground as belt level. Jab backward with the tip of the bo. Jab forward with the bo, striking with the other tip. Come back with the right foot to a right cat stance. As you swing the bo out around directly in front of you. The bo should be perpendicular to the ground. Step forward with the right foot to a leaning stance as you strike up with the bottom end of the bo to the attackers groin. Strike over the top with the top end of the bo, retracting the bottom end to under the right arm. Turn your grips over as you strike over the top with the bottom end of the bo. Bring the now top end of the bo to your right upper arm. Turn left 180 degrees, and step out into a left leaning stance as you strike over the top. Strike to chest level with the end of the bo. Bring the bo down to belt level and make it level with the ground. Jab backward, striking with the tip of the bo. Jab forward, striking with the other end of the bo. Come back with the left foot to a left cat stance as you swing the bo out directly in front of you. It should be perpendicular to the ground. Step forward with your left foot to a left leaning stance as you strike upward with the bottom end of the bo to the attackers groin. Strike over the top with the top end of the bo. Turn your right grip over. Strike over the top with the bottom of the bo. Turn 90 degrees to the right. Step out with the right foot to a leaning stance. As you step out execute a downward block with the middle of the bo. Block over you head with the middle of the bo. Strike with the right end of the bo. Bring the bo to belt level, level with the ground. Jab backward, striking with the tip of the bo. Then jab forward with the other end of the bo. Step back with the right foot to a left leaning stance. As you step out execute a downward block with the middle of the bo. Block over you head with the middle of the bo. Strike with the left end of the bo. Bring the bo to belt level, level with the ground. Jab backward, striking with the tip of the bo. Then jab forward with the other end of the bo. Step back with your left foot to a right leaning stance and strike with the left end of the bo. Step forward with the left leg to a left leaning stance and strike with the right end of the bo. Step forward with the right foot to a right leaning stance and strike with the left end of the bo. Come up with your left foot so your feet are together. Make the bo perpendicular to the ground. Swing it back and forth once in a semicircular path in front of you. Firmly place the bottom end of the bo down on the ground next to your left foot. Use the bo to support yourself and deliver a right side thrust kick in the direction you are facing. Don't put the foot back on the ground. Step forward with it to a right leaning stance. As you step out strike over the top with the left end of the bo. Bring the bo up over your head. Swing it around as you put your left knee down. Swing the bo around so you block your right knee. Bring the bo up again and swing it half way around. Put the bo down on the ground and deliver a right back kick. Retract the foot, look up, and block with the middle of the bo. Come up and back to your left foot and bring the bo across your chest. Step out to the right in a right leaning stance and strike over the top with the left hand the most forward. Strike to chest level. Bring the bo down so that it is level with the ground as belt level. Jab backward with the tip of the bo. Jab forward with the bo, striking with the other tip. Come back with the right foot to a right cat stance. As you swing the bo out around directly in front of you. The bo should be perpendicular to the ground. Step forward with the right foot to a leaning stance as you strike up with the bottom end of the bo to the attackers groin. Strike over the top with the top end of the bo, retracting the bottom end to under the right arm. Turn your grips over as you strike over the top with the bottom end of the bo. Bring the now top end of the bo to your right upper arm. Turn left 180 degrees, and step out into a left leaning stance as you strike over the top. Strike to chest level with the end of the bo. Bring the bo down to belt level and make it level with the ground. Jab backward, striking with the tip of the bo. Jab forward, striking with the other end of the bo. Come back with the left foot to a left cat stance as you swing the bo out directly in front of you. It should be perpendicular to the ground. Step forward with your left foot to a left leaning stance as you strike upward with the bottom end of the bo to the attackers groin. Strike over the top with the top end of the bo. Turn your right grip over. Strike over the top with the bottom of the bo. Turn 90 degrees right and begin to swing the bo. Step back with the right foot, and then the left so your feet are shoulder width apart. As you step back bring the bo up to block over your head. Reverse your right grip as you step forward to a leaning stance with the right foot. Swing the bo clockwise. But your left knee down as you block your right knee with one end of the bo. The other end of the bo should be under your right arm. As you come back up, swing the bo once on the left, then once on the right. Let go of the bo with the left hand, and bring the back over to your right side. Bow.
