Bow, with bo in the right hand. Step slightly to the left with the left foot as you bring the bo out before you and deliver a downward block with it. Step forward with the left foot to a leaning stance. As you step strike with the right end of the bo, the left end of the bo is on your left side. Strike to your own nose level. Deliver another strike with the left end of the bo. Deliver another with the right end, but this time to hip level, so the bo is level. Step forward with the right foot to a right leaning stance. As you step strike with the left end of the bo, the right end of the bo is on your right side. Strike to your own nose level. Deliver another strike with the right end of the bo. Deliver another with the left end, but this time to hip level, so the bo is level. Step forward with the left foot to a left leaning stance. As you step strike with the right end of the bo, the left end of the bo is on your left side. Strike to your own nose level. Deliver another strike with the left end of the bo. Deliver another with the right end, but this time to hip level, so the bo is level. Come up to your left foot with the right, so your feet are together, and bring the bo in front of you so it is level and perfectly straight going back and forth. Step to the right with the right foot into a horse stance. As you step, strike with the tip of the bo. Look where you are striking. Look the opposite direction, and strike with the other tip of the bo. Come up to your right foot with the left, so your feet are together, as you turn the bo to the left so it points forward of you and backward of you. Step forward with your left foot, to a left leaning as you jab backward with the tip of the bo. Look forward and jab forward with the other end of the bo. Come up with the right foot as you swing the bo around the front and over to the right side. Step forward with the right foot to a right leaning stance as you jab backward with the tip of the bo. Look forward and jab in that direction with the other end of the bo. Turn your right grip on the bo over as you bring the bo up over your head. Swing the bo around clockwise (from above) as you bring it down and put your left knee down. One end of the bo should be blocking your right knee, and the other end should be under your right arm. Bring the bo up over your head and swing it counter clock wise, so that one end is blocking your right knee and the other is under your left arm. Reverse you grips are you swing. Step way back, 45 degrees to the left with the left leg. Come back to that foot with the right foot to a cat stance. Once you are in the cat stance block with the middle of the bo. The bo should be perpendicular to the ground. Step way back, 45 degrees to the right with the right foot. As you come back with the left foot turn the bo completely over. Put the left foot down so you are in a left cat stance, and block with the middle of the bo. Step way back, 45 degrees to the left with the left leg. Come back to that foot with the right foot to a cat stance as you turn the bo completely over. Once you are in the cat stance block with the middle of the bo. Step straight back with the right foot. Come back with left foot and begin to swing the bo. Step back with the right foot, and then the left so your feet are shoulder width apart. As you step back bring the bo up to block over your head. Reverse your right grip as you step forward to a leaning stance with the right foot. Swing the bo clockwise. But your left knee down as you block your right knee with one end of the bo. The other end of the bo should be under your right arm. As you come back up, swing the bo once on the left, then once on the right. Let go of the bo with the left hand, and bring the back over to your right side. Bow.
