Bow. Look to your left. Bring the left hand to the right ear and the right hand under the left arm. Step to the left with the left foot into a back stance as you deliver a left outside forearm block. Immediately deliver a right hook punch in the same direction. As you come up to your left foot, turn to the right 90 degrees, retract the right hand, and bring your left hand just above the right. Look to your right. As you turn 90 degrees right, bring your right hand up by your left ear. Step out and deliver a right outside forearm block. Immediately deliver a left hook punch. As you come up to your right foot turn 90 degrees to the left, retract your left hand, and bring your right hand just above the left. Step forward with the right foot into a back stance as you deliver a right ogmentive block. As you come up retract the right hand and bring the left hand just above the right. Step out into a left leaning stance and deliver a cross block downward to block a kick. Slowly bring the hands up over your head to block a punch as you open them. Step forward to a right leaning stance as you retract both hands to the right side, and then deliver a right lunge punch as retract the left hand. Look over your left shoulder. Bring your right hand up as you swing the right leg up in a hook kick. Turn 180 degrees, bring the leg down so you are in a horse stance, and deliver a downward block with the right hand, protecting the right knee. Look in the opposite direction. Extend the right arm out in that direction, and bring the left hand to the right ear (hands open). Slowly extend the left hand out, so the palm faces right, as you retract the right hand. Keep the left hand in this position, and deliver a right hook kick. The hook kick should strike the open left hand, in application you would strike the attackers chest. Reach around the attackers back with the left arm and pull him in as you deliver a right elbow strike to his chest. The right foot should land just as this strike is executed. You should hand in a horse stance. Look 90 degrees to your right. Step around the back of the right foot with the left as you deliver a right hart punch and execute a left hart block. Look 180 left. Take one step with your left leg and then jump straight up crossing your ankles. Land with your ankles still crossed, slightly bent over, and blocking a kick with a cross block. Look 90 degrees to the right, and bring both arms over to the left. Then step out with the right foot to your right, into a back stance, and deliver an ogmentive block. Look over your left shoulder. Step to the right one shoulder width with the left foot, and straighten that leg so you are in a right leaning stance. While you are shifting positions, place the left hand out to block a kick (hand open). Be sure to keep the right arm up between the ogmentive block and now. Pivot into a left leaning stance, facing the opposite direction as you drive your right open hand into the attackers groin and block your right shoulder from a punch with the left open hand. Grab the groin with the right hand, and then immediately pull the right arm back as you strike to the groin with the left, and change your left leaning stance to a left back stance. Slowly drag your left foot back to your right. Step with your left foot to the left of the right foot, turn so your body is facing the direction your are looking, and raise your left arm up. Now both forearms should be perpendicular to the ground, and your upper arm should be parallel to the ground. Step out with your right foot and drive your left open hand into the attackers groin and block your left shoulder from a punch with the right open hand. Grab the groin with the left hand, and then immediately pull the left arm back as you strike to the groin with the right, while you change your right leaning stance to a right back stance. Slowly drag your right foot back to your left foot. Bring your hands over your head in a cross block. Slowly turn them inward as you lower your arms. Bow.
