Bow. Keeping your arms straight, swing them back on your left side as you raise your right knee. Step out into a leaning stance with the right leg. Step around the right foot with the left foot, while delivering a hart punch and executing a hart block. Look 180 degrees to the left, and step out in that direction with left foot. Step into a left leaning stance, and deliver a right inside forearm block. Deliver a left inside forearm block. Turn the left wrist in and bring that forearm up. Step over with the right foot two shoulder width and pivot into a right leaning stance facing the opposite direction. As you pivot deliver a left outside forearm block. Deliver a right inside forearm block. Grab the right wrist with the left hand (thumb facing your body). Turn 90 degrees right as you bend down, catch a kick and come up. Step out in this direction with the right foot in to a right leaning stance, while delivering a right outside forearm block. Deliver a left inside forearm block. Come forward to your right foot with your left as you turn 90 degrees left, retract your right hand, and bring your left hand just above the right (the right hand is open). Slowly bring your right hand across your stomach, blocking a punch, and bring it to the retracted position on the opposite side. Be sure to keep the right hand open even when it is retracted. Step out to the left with your left foot into a horse stance as you deliver a right lunge punch. Pivot to the left so that you are in a left leaning stance and bend your arm down so that your forearm become perpendicular to the ground. This is a block. Pivot back to a horse stance and deliver a left lunge punch. Pivot to the right into a right leaning stance, and bend your arm down so your forearm is perpendicular to the ground. Come back to your left foot, extend your left arm straight out (hand open), and retract your right hand to your left ear. Step out with the right foot into a back stance and deliver a shoto block. Step forward to a left back stance and deliver a shoto block. Step forward with your right foot to a back stance and deliver a shoto block. Step back with your right foot to a left back stance and deliver a shoto block. Step over to the left with the left foot one shoulder width into a left leaning stance. At the same time extend your arms straight out. The right arm is pointed 45 degrees upward and the left is pointed 45 degrees downward. Bring the right arm down and in in a circular motion, and bring the left arm up and in in a circular motion (both hands are open). Stop when both hands are before your face. Grab the back of the right hand with the left and slowly bring both hands down to chest level. Bring your right knee up as your pivot to the left 90 degrees (continue to look the same direction). Pull your left hand to the retracted position (taking the right hand with it) as you deliver a side thrust to the attackers hip. As you retract the leg pivot 90 more degrees left, extend your right arm out (hand open), and bring your left hand to your right ear. Step back with the raised right leg into a left back stance and execute a left shoto block. Step forward with your right leg to a back stance and deliver a right shoto block. Clench both fists, bring them out in front and touching each other. As you come back to your left foot, bring the hand in and up over your head. You are using your forearms to block above your head. Swing your hands behind your head, out, open your left hand, and bring the hands together striking your palm with the bottom of your fist. Immediately retract both hands to the right side, then step out into a right leaning stance delivering a right lunge punch. Look over your left shoulder. Step to the right two shoulder widths with the left foot. Place the left hand out to block a kick (hand open). Pivot into a left leaning stance, facing the opposite direction as you drive your right open hand into the attackers groin and block your right shoulder from a punch with the left open hand. Grab the groin with the right hand, and then immediately retract the right arm as you strike to the groin with the left, and change your left leaning stance to a left back stance. Drag your left foot back to the right. Step out into a left leaning stance and deliver a right hook kick in the direction you are looking. Land in a horse stance and deliver a downward block in the same direction. Turn your head 180 degrees left. Extend your right arm in the direction you arm looking and place your left hand by your right ear. Slowly extend your left hand while you retract your right hand. Keep the left hand in this position, as you deliver a right hook kick. The hook kick should strike the open left hand. Reach around the attackers back with the left arm and pull him in as you deliver a right elbow strike to his chest. The right foot should land just as this strike is executed. You should hand in a horse stance. Deliver a right downward block. Deliver a left downward block and immediately following that deliver another right downward block. Instead of retracting the extra hand on these downward blocks, place their fists against the blocking arm just above the elbow. Retract both hands to the left side as you step with the right foot 45 degrees to the right. Pivot into a right leaning stance as you deliver a high punch with the left hand and a low punch with the right. Retract both hand to the right side as you come back to your left foot. Step out with the left foot into a leaning stance as you deliver a high punch with the right hand and a low punch with the left. Retract both hand to the left side as you come back to your right foot. Step out into a right leaning stance as you deliver a high punch with the left hand and a low punch with the right. Come forward to your right foot as you turn 180 degrees left and extend both arms out to your right, throwing the attacker. Step to your left with your left foot into a leaning stance (but continue to look in the same direction). In the direction you are looking do a right inside forearm block. This block hooks a kick. At the end of the block lower your forearm to throw the leg. Throw your arms out to the left as you pivot into a right leaning stance. Do another inside forearm block, this time a left one, which hooks a kick. Again, once the block is completed, lower the forearm to throw the leg. Step just passed your right leg with your left leg as you extend your left arm out (hand open) and place your right hand by your left ear. Without stopping, step out with the right leg into a back stance and deliver a right shoto block. Keeping your hands in this position, step 90 degrees to the right with your right foot, as you turn your head 90 degrees left. Your are now in a back stance, with your hands up in a shoto block, but you are looking the opposite direction. Step just passed your left foot with your right foot as you begin to raise your arms over your head. Step out with your left foot into a back stance as you bring your arms to in a hook shoto strike. Come back to your right foot with your left foot as you bring your hands over your head in a cross block. Turn your wrists inward as you lower your arms. Bow.
